We take a look at the costs of Wills and Probate Services used by other Unions for their members.

Unite Wills is a new online, low-cost alternative to traditional Will writing services. We are passionate about making financial planning for the future more accessible and better value for Unite Members.

Simply put, we've removed the expensive solicitor fees by making our service available online in addition to the more traditional methods, in turn bringing down Will making and probate service costs for Unite Members.

Below we’ve compared providers for other Unions, so you can decide which Union will benefit you the most when it comes to creating your Will.

We have also included our costs for Unite Members using our Lasting Power Of Attorney (LPA) and Executor/Probate services, so you can compare our competitive prices with other providers and plan with confidence knowing you're getting the best deal.

Avoid the hassle of mailing and lots of phone calls

As well as bringing down the cost of making your Will, we’ve also thought about how you go about making one.

With Unite Wills, Our digital application form allows you to breeze through the initial Will-writing procedure, and once it has been reviewed by our team, you will be sent an official copy through the post for you to witness, sign and return for storage. If you have any questions during the process or amendments you would like to make, just give us a call or send us a message.

Our price promise to you

When you compare Unite Wills to traditional Will writing services offered by other unions, we really do come out on top for price and service.

Many other services use initial 'FREE' Will writing offers to appear good value, but prices soon go up as you start to detail your Will wishes to costs similar to high street solicitors.

There is often very little notice about these costs until you've set everything out and committed to the process, which can take quite some time by mail. We know this because many of our clients have switched to us after bad experiences.

With Unite Wills, we highlight any potential additional costs at each stage of the online Will-making process, so there are no unexpected surprises, and all of our charges are very competitive.

Free Will Storage

As a Unite member, you will also get exclusive access to our Will storage facility for free.

To take advantage of this service you will need to create your Will using our service and it will remain free of charge for as long as your Will is stored with us.

Making changes to your Will

Whether you’ve experienced a change in your financial situation or a new child has entered the family, there are multiple reasons why you may decide to make a change to your last will and testament.

If you would like to make a change to your Will at any point, just give us a call or send us a message.

Any amendments that are requested to be made within the first 60 days of completing your Will are free of charge. After 60 days amendments are charged at a flat fee of only £55.99.
